  • How do brain retraining and visualization fit in with a Biblical world view?

    Here’s what it comes down to: the presence of counterfeits doesn’t mean the original is bad—it means it’s worth counterfeiting. Visualization has been hijacked by the world, sure. But the Christian response isn’t to run from it screaming, but to take it back and use it rightly. I’m not asking women to conjure up power from the cosmos or tap into a “higher self” or to manifest their desires (which is rightly condemned by Christians). I’m inviting Christian women to use the imagination God gave them to intentionally reflect on biblical truths and virtues—to picture the peace of Christ ruling in their hearts, to rehearse what it looks like to speak gently to their children, or to envision walking out the fruit of the Spirit in real, messy moments. This isn’t some esoteric light-beam to enlightenment. It’s just practicing godliness on purpose. Visualization directed toward scriptural truths, under the authority of God’s Word and for the purpose of glorifying God, is consistent with biblical Christianity. I advocate for renewing the mind (Romans 12:2), taking thoughts captive (2 Cor. 10:5), and setting our minds on things above (Col. 3:2). I encourage women to imagine themselves actually obeying God and envisioning Christ with them in their kitchens, laundry rooms, and toddler meltdowns. Everything I teach submits to God’s authority. Visualization, as a Christian, isn't a tool to control the universe—it’s a way to reflect more deeply on God’s truth and His presence in our lives. We use our God-given imagination is directed toward Christ—His promises, His character, His commands. The Spirit renews our minds. He helps us think new thoughts and see with spiritual eyes. Most modern courses on nervous system regulation and brain rewiring tend to fall into one of two camps: they’re either secular and rooted in New Age or purely scientific frameworks that ignore the spiritual dimension, or they’re entirely absent in Christian spaces, leaving believers without support in these areas. But Christians have always faced overwhelm, fear, stress, trauma, and emotional dysregulation—it’s just that the language and tools we use to describe it have changed. Many Christians have been hesitant to engage with neuroscience or psychology, fearing it's too "worldly" or unbiblical. And on the other side, many secular or New Age practitioners recognize the power of these tools but try to wield them apart from the God who made our minds in the first place.

    I hear you! It can feel like there’s no room in your day for anything extra, especially when you’re already in survival mode. The good news is, I’ve designed this course to work with your busy life. Each lesson is short and actionable, allowing you to make progress without feeling overwhelmed. You can move at your own pace, fitting the course in when it works for you, and still see meaningful transformation without adding stress to your already full schedule.

  • How much time is required of me to do the brain rewiring work?

    Most of my students have multiple very young children and are able to do the work required for healing while their children sleep. Personally, I’ve done the work with a newborn while nursing! I want to reassure you that even if you’re short on time, this course can still be incredibly effective. Ideally, the tools are designed to take about an hour a day, but that time isn’t about adding another burden to your plate—it’s about transforming the way you experience motherhood. This isn’t just another task; it’s an investment in your peace, your patience, and your ability to show up as the mom and wife you want to be. And if an hour feels impossible? If you can only spare 5 minutes three times a day, that’s perfectly fine! You can still notice a big difference just committing a short amount of time. The key is consistency, and even small, focused moments throughout the day will add up over time. “It took me 30 days to get thru the course (that was my goal you could def do it faster or a little slower and I’m going to start from the beginning again to soak in some more of the amazing advice and personalize my worksheets more). It is exactly what I was needing, because now I know I've been using resistance words in my ideal homemaker visualisation. “This week marks 8 weeks of brain re training for me. I actually started w a different program and then switched to Kyrie's a while ago, but the basic concepts were similar. However Kyrie has a way bigger emphasis on visualization/meditation which has been a GAME CHANGER for me. I have shared that I started just before getting hit w the "super flu". I am able to meditate for 20 minutes or more at a time! I could only do about 2 minutes at the beginning! I love mediating and envisioning Jesus healing me completely!!! I have been able to get myself regulated out of extreme panic (caused by histamines from the flu, ugh) and anxiety dozens of times. I fought through anxiety to go spend time with my Grandpa as my Grandma was on end of life care... so grateful I was able to do that! I haven't been working over the last month as the symptoms were too overwhelming, including the fatigue. Usually this would really stress me out, but it's really not bothered me at all! The house is also not getting on my nerves it usually does. I am starting to really embrace that my worth comes from Christ's love and not how on top of things I am! I'm treating my spouse with a lot more patience and less criticism overall.. some failure still but way less critical overall!”

“I too lived in a mold house and had illness from it. We threw away about 75% of our belongings and moved. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on treatments that did very little. Then I found Kyrie and THS. There is A LOT to work through... your physical symptoms, your children's symptoms, the stress on your marriage and finances... the list feels endless!! I GET IT! You want results NOW! You don't know what's true and what is hype in the "research toxic mold space" online... Anything I say next comes from a place of grace, not judgement! I've lived it! But if I could go back 5 or 6 years, these are the things I would tell myself. STOP and BREATHE! Do what Kyrie says and get to baseline protocol and stay there for as long as it takes. The SIMPLEST meals, clothes, routines, etc. Put everyone except immediate family and everything outside of your home on hold while you heal. Go outside and breathe fresh air. (I'm sorry about Wisconsin winter... Just do what you can.) STOP reading, watching, scrolling and researching... it just leads to more confusion!! Memorize scripture... carry it around with you, speak it out loud to yourself and your children. Pray all day long. Ask God for clear direction and to steer you away from the hype and to the truth. (I believed it all and fell into the black hole of research. To this day, I have no idea what is true about mold and what is just scare tactics to get us to spend money.😕) I did NOT do all of these things back when we were going through it. Side note: My husband (who is laid back and doesn't fret or fear) was not affected by the mold in the least... zero symptoms. Frustrating, but interesting.”

“I have been doing this course for almost a year I think? It's been a very very long 12 months with mold in our rental plus moving in with my mom for 10 weeks, driving 3 hours a day 4 days a week back to all of my kids activities, finally moving in to a newly built home, then having a baby via C-section, and my husband had to work full time during all of this so a lot of the burden for moving, organizing, schooling, driving, and parenting fell on me while pregnant... Also, add in that I have combined type ADHD and CPTSD (from growing up with my mom, whom I was living with for 10 weeks, so I was constantly triggered), and I was an absolute MESS. All that to say, I FULLY understand where you are coming from. I am just now feeling like I can get out of baseline and start making real strides and it is all because of what Kyrie teaches. It will help. You just have to hold on and trust the process. One day, you will wake up and realize, oh my jaw doesn't hurt from my teeth grinding... My shoulders are slightly less tense... Huh... And things will only get better from there. ”
